“One Shining Moment” has come and gone, but that doesn’t mean we are done with college basketball until next season. It’s time to look back and make a themed list that breaks down the top ten kicks schools during March Madness.  Of course, with a task as monumental as going through every tournament game and trying to narrow it down to a top ten, it was only right to hand it off to our resident intern – and one half of our Kicks Madness team – Joe and let him have fun with it.  And here’s the lob pass to Joe…Monday concluded this year’s outstanding March Madness tournament with two authentic jordans schools competing for the national championship. The Louisville Cardinals ousted the Michigan Wolverines in a thriller to win their first championship since 1986. We witnessed a championship game where not only the stars shined bright, but also multiple unsung heroes including Michigan’s Spike Albrecht and Louisville’s Most Outstanding Player, Luke Hancock. The victory also capped a historical week for Coach Rick Pitino in which he became the first coach in NCAA history to win a national championship with two different teams.

Along with the phenomenal games, we sneakerheads were also blessed with a plethora of “heat” throughout the tourney this year.  Players like Jamaal Franklin reached in the kicks vault and brought back sneakers like the “Wheat” Nike Air Zoom Generations, while ballers like Anthony Bennet flexed with major heat including the in the “Fighter Jet” & “Crimson” authentic real jordans One tandem.  We also got to see an abundance and PE’s for marquee signatures like the Nike LeBron 10, Air Jordan Melo M9, and Nike Zoom KD 5. Of course there was a fair share of real cheap jordans as well (I mean, it’s only right). To officially cap off this year’s March Madness, let’s take a look at the Top 10 teams with the best kicks in the tournament.

Honorable mention: California, VCU, Georgetown, Missouri, Florida Gulf Coast, Arizona, Oregon, Kansas, and Florida.
